- blender of some sorts (I use a Magic Bullet) :3
- berries of your choice (I used raspberries and blackberries)
- pineapple
- orange juice (I used medium pulp)
Make sure the amount you use, you'll drink or share. Try not to waste anything!
Put all your fruits into the blender and add a splash of orange juice. The more orange juice you put, the less thick it will be. Blend very well. Serve and enjoy.

Pineapples are jam packed with vitamin C, potassium, and manganese. They are fat free and low in sodium. Pineapples are also a wonderful source of fiber and contains an enzyme associated with healing and preventing sickness. (:
Blackberries are high in antioxidants! The seeds in blackberries are also rich in Omega-3 fatty acids. Eating blackberries can protect eyesight, protect the cardiovascular system and decrease risks of developing a variety of chronic illnesses, including forms of cancer, diabetes, and heart disease.
Raspberries make a healthy snack because they are low in calories, contain no cholesterol or saturated fat, and only tiny amounts of sugar. They also contain fiber, vitamin C, and are yet another lovely source of antioxidants.
